Dr. McKenna was extremely unprofessional during my visit and I left the appointment feeling disrespected and upset. During the injection, I flinched from the pain, which caused me to unintentionally move and lightly bump into her arm. Instead of showing any understanding that I was reacting to a painful procedure, I was immediately told that my reaction was β€œvery inappropriate.” There was no concern for my discomfort, no reassurance, and no acknowledgment that patients often flinch during injections because of pain. Being spoken to like that in a vulnerable moment felt humiliating and dismissive. I was already anxious and in pain, and instead of helping me feel more comfortable, the situation was made worse by the way I was addressed. Overall, I found the experience cold, judgmental, and lacking basic compassion. Patients should not be made to feel bad for involuntary reactions to pain. I would not feel comfortable returning.

Dr. Kwam is amazing. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and made me feel heard and respected. She worked with me to create a clear plan for next steps in my health journey. I left feeling supported and genuinely hopeful. Highly recommend!

Went today, don’t know my dentist name because the name that I was supposed to see I did not and it was my first appointment, it was terrible. First I was gaslit when I stated that I was pretty positive that something had been done to a tooth but it wasn’t in the notes so they basically called me a liar. She numbed the lower right part of my jaw for a cavity fill. Went so deep my EAR is still numb (this happened around 1030ish this morning) and when I started crying because it hurt she told me to β€œtry to be quiet because there were other patients.” Excuse me? You stuck TWO needles into the joint of my jaw I will make whatever noise I need to. Then in the middle of drilling out my cavity, puts a gauze on it and goes to see another patient. She also cut part of my gum. There were a few other minor things that happened but it was baffling almost. I understand some of this is β€œshit happens” but it felt so unprofessional and I don’t ever plan on going back. I’ve never had an experience like this before.

I need to share my experience! I recently found out I was pregnant, and I have suffered a lot of miscarriages. I wanted to get in quickly to have my blood drawn and watch my levels. The staff was able to get me in the same day I called, and I saw Kari Zinkovich. She was so helpful! I told her I was concerned as my pregnancy test were not getting darker and possibly even lighter. She ordered a blood draw and remained in contact through the portal. When my levels went down, suggesting another miscarriage, Kari took the time to view my chart, view my hormone levels from home testing on my Mira device, and LISTENED. She made a decision to try progesterone starting after ovulation, which I track, and it felt so good to have someone finally take action. She also sent out a referral for a fertility clinic, which she provided phone numbers and names of local ones. I have been fighting to understand why my body struggles to stay pregnant for over 10 years. I have begged doctors to listen to me and take action to help me. This appointment was a fresh start for me. Kari Zinkovich deserves to be recognized! When every other doctor wouldn’t take the time to hear me and help me, she did. She we

Had an appointment scheduled for 10 a.m. with the podiatrist DR. OAKI . I usually see him every couple of months for a routine check everything usually goes smooth no issues this time in particular I probably waited at least 30 to 40 minutes to go into the back ..I got called by the new M.A "Dee" ( as I was told) now usually when an M.A. calls you to come in the back they come out and greet you . Well this guy was completely standing behind the door and I was looking down each aisle trying to find him if it wasn't for another patient that was waiting to be seen in line to tell me where the voice was coming from I wouldn't have known I myself was being very bubbly and happy approached him and told him you were hiding behind the door and he kind of aggressively asked me for my name as if like he repeatedly asked me more than one time so without going into further details I'm just going to say that he barely asked me any questions he didn't really take any notes down the only thing he did was take my vitals and had me to wait for Dr Okie which took probably about another 20-30 minutes for him to come in when Dr oaki came in all I can say was that he seemed very frustrated which I've
